OUR TRAINING PROCESS

Our training philosophy is a simple one - an unrelenting pursuit of the target's put in front of us. This is why we place much of the emphasis on YOU. Our 3 key coaching pillar's are critical to achieving your desired outcomes.
 

  1. Goal Driven, if you tell us what you want, we expect a burning desire to achieve exactly that, no excuses.

  2. Forward Thinking, trust our processes. If you have quote: always done it that way, maybe that's why you haven't achieved what you want. 

  3. Transparent, we will offer you 100% transparency, that is why we expect the same. Doing one thing and saying another is not acceptable, results are what we are based on.

Our service is professional, motivating and geared around improving you. Available in 1-1 and group formats, we have an option to suit your need's. 10 Sessions = £250-00 (£25 Per Session)

20 Sessions = £400-00 (£20 Per Session)

If your looking for a personalised, individual and direct training service our personal training packages offer you everything you will need.

 

Complete with individual programming, body composition assessments, testing batteries and nutritional support - we cover every base to give you everything you need to succeed in achieving your goals. 

Our personal training services are fully mobile and available for home visits. We are also available at gym and park locations throughout Cheltenham and Gloucester.

HYBRID TRAINING

1 Week = £40-00 (£10 Per Session)

10 Weeks = £350-00 (£8.75 Per Session)

20 Weeks = £600-00 (£7.50 Per Session)

Each Session Last's 60 Minutes.

Per Week: 1 in person, 3 via digital means

Hybrid personal training allows for more accountability and hands-on experience than online training, but with a smaller financial investment than strictly in-person training—without (crucially) compromising results.

 

The hybrid model is also great for those who already have some training experience. For those that may have been working out on their own for a few years and feel comfortable continuing on somewhat independently, but are looking to learn some new moves or to take their results to the next level.

 

All things considered, Hybrid personal training really is the best bang for your buck training package on the market! 

GROUP TRAINING

1 Session = £40-00 (£40 Per Session)

10 Sessions = £350-00 (£35 Per Session)

20 Sessions = £600-00 (£30 Per Session)

Each Session Last's 60 Minutes.

Up to 5 Participants.

For those wanting a more sociable, interactive and competitive environment our group training packages provide you a fantastic training variation.

 

Available for up to 4 people, we tailor sessions to the needs of each individual taking part. Compete, improve and motivate in the company of your friends and family.

Our group training services are fully mobile and available for home visits. We are also available at gym and park locations throughout Cheltenham and Gloucester.
